**Internal Communication Manager**
We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Internal Communication Manager. If you are a professional with a passion for internal communications and a desire to make a positive impact on our company culture, this is the role for you.**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Create and distribute internal presentations, newsletters, memos, and other forms of communication to keep employees informed and engaged
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent and effective internal communication
- Organize and host internal events, town hall meetings, and webinars to foster employee engagement and collaboration
- Moderate dialogue and Q&A of town hall meetings
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

**Your skills and expertise**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in internal communication, with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative content for a variety of audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
