**Position Summary**

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Head of SCM & Operations im Bereich Consumer Electronics innerhalb des SCM & Operation Teams für die Produktkategorien TV/AV und Home Appliance.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Führung des SCM & Operation Teams, bestehend aus Order Desk & Supply Chain Management der Produkt-Divisionen TV / AV und Home Appliance
- Management der Supply Chain Prozesse für die zuteilten Produktkategorien
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit des wöchentlichen Lieferplans, Kommunikation und Koordination
mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern
- Management aller Supply Chain Kennzahlen (z.B. Bestandsmengen, Planungsgenauigkeit, etc.)
- Ergreifen von Maßnahmen im Falle von Fehlbestand und Planänderungen der Lieferfähigkeit
- Datenpflege, vor allem Verwaltung der Nachfrage (Forecast Management)
- Initiierung und Koordination von Projekten sowie Prozessoptimierungen
- Sicherstellung der Vorbereitung der wöchentlichen SCM und Sales Meetings
- Erstellen von Reports und Analysen

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH/HF) oder vergleichbares
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management in einem ähnlichen Arbeitsumfeld / Branche
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
- Weiterbildung im Supply Chain Management
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch & Englisch, Koreanisch von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung im Umgang SAP, GSCM oder mit ähnlichen Systemen von Vorteil
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, lösungsorientiert mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Zahlenflair und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Team Player und Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld
- **Gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz**
