L’objectif? Superviser l’ensemble des activités de consulting métier de neo technologies dans les domaines des Utilities.

**Description détaillée du poste de Manager Team Utilities**:
**Mission**:
En tant que Manager rattaché(e) au responsable du département Energie, tu joueras un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement du Team pour toute la chaine de valeur Meter2Cash.
- La supervision opérationnelle des consultants, la planification des activités, et la coordination des compétences. En tant qu’interlocuteur(-trice) privilégié(e) des clients, tu contribues à assurer la qualité des prestations sur les projets et SLA, tout en participant à la gestion opérationnelle de l’entreprise et en suivant les indicateurs de l’équipe.
- Côté ressources humaines, tu prends en charge le recrutement, de la rédaction des fiches de poste à la validation des offres salariales. Tu animes les entretiens avec le département recrutement, gères l’on-boarding, supervises la période d’essai, et tu t’occupes de la gestion administrative (congés, heures supplémentaires et vacances). Tu contribues également aux décisions de recrutement et de licenciement, tout en élaborant des plans annuels pour la formation, le recrutement, et le développement de carrière de ton équipe.
- En ce qui concerne le développement commercial, tu apportes un soutien essentiel aux équipes commerciales en participant à la prospection, en analysant les besoins fonctionnels des clients et en contribuant à la construction des réponses fonctionnelles. Tu es également impliqué(e) dans la validation des propositions commerciales de l’équipe. La fonction de responsable de pôle est assurée en parallèle aux activités opérationnelles du ou de la titulaire.

**Expérience requise**:

- De formation supérieure (universitaire ou HES ou équivalent)
- Tu as une forte orientation résultats et doté(e) de fortes compétences en leadership et en communication.
- Tu as une excellente vision opérationnelle d’une entreprise de services IT.
- Tu apprécies travailler de manière autonome, indépendante et aimes accompagner tes collègues dans leur évolution de carrière. Une bonne compréhension du milieu de l’IT et des solutions SaaS (Cloud Computing) est nécessaire.

**Compétences demandées**:

- Au moins 2 à 3 expériences professionnelles dans la gestion d’équipe
- Solide expérience dans la gestion de projet dans le domaine du Smart Metering
- Forte expérience dans la définitions de stratégies commerciales
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)

**Conditions de travail**:

- Un salaire en ligne avec le marché, une prime annuelle et un 2ème pilier avantageux
- 40 heures par semaine, horaires libres et heures supplémentaires récupérables, home office
- 5 semaines de vacances par an
- 16 semaines de congé maternité
