**Mission du poste**

**_Corporate_**
- Conseils sur l’ensemble des aspects juridiques liés à la distribution et au droit de la concurrence au niveau suisse et international afin de permettre une croissance durable et profitable tout en atténuant les risques juridiques.
- Rédaction et analyse de documents contractuels, principalement en lien avec la distribution, le e-commerce, le service après-vente, la collaboration avec les sponsors, les services divers (ex. évènementiel, mandat, entreprise), la collaboration avec des célébrités, la fourniture de matériel et services.
- Gestion des procédures litigieuses liées au recouvrement des dettes.
- Recherches juridiques et conseils juridiques aux opérationnels dans toutes les matières qui touchent le domaine d’activité de la société.
- Gestion des procédures et litiges en droit de bail, analyse approfondie des contrats de bail.

**_Compliance_**
- Rédaction de modèles de contrats et de politiques et règlements internes.
- Gestion et coordination de différentes procédures internes dans les différents domaines d’activités (ex. pièces volées, blanchiment d’argent).
- Conformité des produits aux exigences réglementaires : identification des lois applicables, évaluation des risques, définition des stratégies, coordination et assistance pour l’implémentation des nouvelles procédures localement et dans les sociétés affiliées (ex. substances dangereuses, REACH, RoHS, CE/UKCA ; CITES) ;
- Conformité des activés aux normes nationales et internationales : identification des lois applicables, évaluation des risques, définition d’une stratégie, mise en place et coordination des nouvelles procédures et nouveaux rôles (ex. entreprise responsable ; régulations environnementales, embargo pays sous sanction, douanes ; protection des données personnelles) ;
- Conformité des transactions et du commerce aux exigences réglementaires : développement d’une stratégie globale de AML et suivi, gestion de la documentation AML et KYC, suivi des opérations.
- Garantir et assurer une veille légale dans les différents domaines ;
- Code de conduite et politiques internes : rédaction des différentes politiques internes, mis à jour et adaptation ;
- Expertise en droit de la protection des données un atout.
