**MAIN PURPOSE**
- The enterprise architect proactively and holistically helps and guides the business leaders, product owners, project managers, solution architects, and delivery teams, through transformation and optimization initiatives, to achieve targeted business outcomes.- Focus is on closing the architecture gap between Group Security - Cyber Resilience and Group Tech by transforming security policy, requirements and abstract controls defined by Group Security - Cyber Resilience into architecture artifacts that supports the creation of real-world solutions.**Key responsibilities include the following**:
- Be a single point of contact for Group Tech regarding architectural questions on Cyber Security and the single point of contact for Group Security regarding questions on architecture.
- Actively support and contribute to the execution of the MyCyberJourney process (Risk and security assessments process) and on request, provide architecture support during security assessment and/or security incident response handling.
- Develop, maintain, and support Architecture Praxis and Formal Architecture Rules (principles, design criteria, guidelines, patterns, and reference architectures) in collaboration with other Architects and Group Tech Teams.
- Support the formulation of technology strategy and guide its execution.
- Build the EA value proposition, contributing to positioning the EA practice as an internal management consultancy, offering services and skills to support the development and execution of business strategy and business processes working closely with product managers and product owners.
- Take part of a collaborative community of architects, drive the evolution of the EA teams services and operating model in a secure manner. Coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking and foster secure architectures.
Facilitate a collaborative relationship across architecture community, product management and product delivery teams by providing freedom-in-a-secure-box for decision making, with the mínimal viable architecture forming the boundaries.
- Work closely with our Maisons, Group Functions and Regions to build this mínimal viable architecture.**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
