**Taches Principales**
- Rédaction et revue de contrats divers en anglais et en français : contrats de distribution, contrats et déclaration de confidentialité, contrat de location de machine, contrats de _sponsorship_ et contrats innommés divers ;
- Suivi de la vie des contrats de distribution : suggestion pour la conclusion de nouveaux contrats ou d’avenants ;
- Révision de diverses clauses des modèles de contrats de distribution et de confidentialité ;
- Création de modèles de contrats ;
- Mise à jour de la déclaration de confidentialité en anglais et français ;
- Synthèse et présentation des contrats pour leur soumission et approbation ;
- Rédaction de courriers de résiliation ;
- Revue des politiques internes de la société ;
- Gestion et vérification des documents KYC retournés par les partenaires de la société (détaillants et franchisés) ;
- Intérêt pour la conformité à la réglementation suisse et européenne ;
- Révision des Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) ;
- Intervention en support des opérationnels de la société pour leurs problématiques juridiques (recherches et renseignements juridiques divers) ;
- Recherches juridiques ;
- Conseil juridiques aux autres départements.

**Tâches spécifiques**
- KYC et relations clients : surveillance de l’entrée en relation, identification du client et/ou du bénéficiaire effectif, suivi de la relation client ;
- Conformité produits: identifier les lois applicables, coordonner et assister les équipes pour intégrer les nouvelles procédures.
