To extend our growing team in the financial industry in Lugano (Switzerland), we are looking for a **Test Manager **to support our local teams and customers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collaborate with a high-performing and forward-focused agile team and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements
- Define the Test Strategy and prepare the Test Plans
- Lead the development of regression tests, including the test automation
- Collaborate in test execution, especially for the front-end testing
- Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed
- Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Scientific bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Architect
- Hands-on experience in establishing quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and technologies such as Tosca
- Good understanding of Xray, Neoload, APIs and ServiceNow would be an advantage
- ISTQB Advanced Level and Tricentis Tosca certification would be an advantage
- Social communication skills and competence in interdisciplinary teams
- Very good command of spoken and written English and Italian
