**Main responsibilities**:
**Objectives**
- Ensure adequate AML and KYC risk mitigation and adherence to Bank’s Qualitative Risk appetite on client onboardings, change in circumstances (CIC), and other reviews before Compliance review as well as the completeness of corroboration
- Ensure continuous AML/CDB risk framework awareness, keeping WM knowledge, education and sensitivity up-to-date
- Synchronize with Compliance Remediation and Onboarding as well as Client Documentation teams to ensure standards are met on onboarding, mutations (CIC) and reviews and to escalate any detected risks or operational issues
- Control and close AML alerts on normal and medium risk accounts
- Perform account reviews following CIC's specific transactions
- Upon Management’s request, act as a relay of authority within the WM markets on certain initiatives
- Any other task required by Management relating to the mission of the employee

**Governance**
- Regular meetings with appropriate 2nd line of Defence functions to ensure consistency of knowledge and practices
- Regular reporting on activity and associated risks

**Education**:

- Education: Master Degree
- IT Tools: Microsoft Office, knowledge of Power-BI is a plus

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: minimum 3 years of professional experience within the banking sector, ideally relating to Compliance and Conformity functions; strong knowledge of Swiss AML and CDB regulatory frameworks and requirements; sensitivity to other regulatory matters such as International Sanctions, Financial Crime, Cross Border matters, Tax and/or Investor protection frameworks; ability to recognize CDB document requirements and inform Relationship Managers of any inconsistencies or needs
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- German: Mother Tongue (Russian, Hebrew, Turkish, Greek, German)

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
