**Your field of responsibility**

We are offering a Business Risk Management role within the WM FLDS Controls Assurance Team. This is a unique position in which you will have the chance to deepen your experience in risk management related to Private Banking Business focusing primarily on Fraud, US and External Asset Manager (EAM) topics, with the possibility to become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one of these topics. In this role you are responsible for the preparation and performance of Control Tasks and the timely communication of control results and suggested corrective measures to the Front Organization (CFEs and line managers), acting as a sparring partner for all Market Areas in Wealth Management. You deliver the adequate qualitative information to support the SMEs in identifying risk patterns and discussing them collaboratively with internal partners. **Your skills and experience**
- University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
- 2-3 years working experience in a financial institution, in the risk management, audit or compliance area; knowledge of the Wealth Management business, products, and front-to-back processes would be an advantage
- You provide a sound understanding of the regulatory landscape and good process review / risk assessment skills in a banking environment
- You are highly motivated to build and maintain positive working relationships within the team, with management and stakeholders and you work independent
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a good knowledge of Front tools
- You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required. Any other market specific language skills are a distinctive advantage (French, Italian or Spanish)
