- In your new role you will:
- take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of select risk and regulatory initiatives or workstreams
- engage in ongoing tracking and review of initiative deliverables, reporting progress and recommending changes
- conduct risk assessments and synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
- ensure that risks and issues are identified, reported and escalated as required
- collaborate with key business partners (e.g., Compliance, Business Representatives) as well as internal / external auditors on various topics
- leading the development and continuous improvement of the design and operating effectiveness of our control frameworks in the area of Cross-border business
- collaborate strongly with UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization to drive change in the area of Cross-border business with a focus on enabling business model transformation, implementing new legal/regulatory requirements and establishing robust and efficient processes.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the financial / service industry
- relevant experience in Cross-border
- willingness to work on different topics at the same time
- excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ability to listen, understand and learn quickly
- self-organized and independent
- project management experience / transformation skills
- proactive and solution-oriented
- team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment
- knowledge of UBS, specifically, of WM and P&C is a plus
- risk framework knowhow
- proficiency in English. German and other languages are a plus.
