Für die Leitung des Marketing Communications Teams, das als interne Kommunikationsagentur für die SFS Group und die Business Units agiert, suchen wir eine erfahrene und integre Persönlichkeit. **Deine Aufgaben**:

- Führung des Marketing Communications Teams, bestehend aus den Business Partnern und dem Team Creation & Design Kreation (15-20 Personen)
- Weiterentwicklung und Durchsetzung der Corporate Identity und Hauptverantwortung für das gruppenweite Brand Management
- Kommunikative Begleitung von Projekten der Business Units sowie der SFS Group
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von integrierten Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmassnahmen auf allen relevanten Kanälen
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den dezentralen Marketingteams in den Shared Service Centern und den Marktorganisationen
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools im Bereich Marketing Communications
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und Partnern wie Fotografen, Motion Designern, etc.

**Dein Profil**:

- Studium mit Abschluss im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing im internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und internen Fachstellen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung eines multidisziplinären Teams
- Erfahrung im Bereich Branding und visueller Kommunikation
- Hands-on Mentalität, starke Durchsetzungskraft und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Grafisches Gespür und hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Beratung
