Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing & Corporate Communications Teams suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und begleiten dich auf dem Weg zum Value Creator.**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung der Division Construction in der Rolle als Business Partner
- Koordination der internationalen Marketing PeerGroup (Organisation und Leitung der PG Meetings inkl. jährlicher Conference, Agenda-Setting in Zusammenarbeit mit dem MTC-Vertreter)
- Erstellung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen (Launch Packages) für die Product Lines RC, RS, FR und BC (inkl. Kataloge)
- Support und Training der Marketingverantwortlichen in den Regionen und Marktorganisationen (Schulungen, Guidelines)
- Kontrolle und Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Corporate Identity in Zusammenarbeit mit Team Lead Creation (CD-Checks, Monitoring, Training)
- Support, Guidance und Training bei digitalen Kommunikationsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Digital Marketing Manager und eCommerce Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Abschluss im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketingkommunikation im internationalen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche und/oder dem industriellen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und internen Fachpersonen
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Grafisches Gespür und hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Beratung
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Freude am Teamwork hat
- Technisches Verständnis
- Hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
