Poste à pourvoir : Head of Mechanical Development


DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN:

  1. Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams, bestehend aus 6 internen wie auch einzelnen externen Mitarbeitenden
  2. Fördern und coachen der Mitarbeitenden
  3. Aktive Mitgestaltung des Entwicklungsprozesses, sowie dessen Optimierung
  4. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, sowie der Safran Gruppe und weiteren Entwicklungspartnern
  5. Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der R&D Strategie
  6. Mitarbeit in cross-funktionalen Technologie- sowie Entwicklungsprojekten

DEIN PROFIL:

  1. Führungspersönlichkeit mit erster Führungserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  2. Master-Studium in Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarem Feld
  3. Fundierte Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Konstruktion, Materialauswahl und in Fertigungstechniken
  4. Idealerweise Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
  5. Grundverständnis in den Fachbereichen Optik/Physik, Elektronik, Software und Messtechnik kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit für fachübergreifendes Systemdenken
  6. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
