As a team lead, you will manage the local cross-functional FW development team and maintain/improve an inspiring and motivating working environment. You will give coaching and support to the experts and help with planning/realizing features.

- University qualification (or equivalent) in computer-science or in a related discipline
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic, analytic thinking, empathic, moderation skills
- At least 8 years of professional experience in state-of-the-art software development
- 3-5 years experience of leadership of highly qualified people
- Transformational leadership style
- Like to work in a dynamic and ambitious, international environment, appreciating different cultures
- Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members
- Experience in modern C++
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Enthusiasm for technologies
- Fluent English skills; preferably German as well
