**Relocation Service Advisor***:
Unsere Mandantin bietet in Europa eine breite Palette von Umzugsdienstleistungen an. Der Auftraggeber unterstützt Expatriates und internationale Unternehmen mit Orientierungstouren vor der Anstellung, Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche, Schulplatzsuche, Einwanderungsdienstleistungen sowie Eingewöhnungsdiensten. Als Teil der angebotenen Dienstleistungen gibt es auch ein Möbelvermietungsangebot und die Verwaltung eines Pools von Firmenapartments in der Schweiz.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle leiten Sie die Vertriebsaktivitäten für unsere Mandantin und bauen das Portfolio im Bereich Immobilien
- und Firmenapartmentmanagement aus. Sie bearbeiten Verkaufsanfragen aus einem gut etablierten und bestehenden Netzwerk kompetent und entwickeln gleichzeitig neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten voran. Als Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen suchen und bauen Sie aktiv neue Partnerschaften auf und führen Marktforschungen durch, um das Produktportfolio weiterzuentwickeln.

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
Sie sind ein kundenorientierter Profi mit mehrjähriger Verkaufserfahrung. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits in der Immobilienbranche in der Schweiz gearbeitet. Sie sind in der Lage, starke berufliche Beziehungen aufzubauen und Möglichkeiten für neue Partnerschaften zu erkennen. Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen, selbstständig arbeiten und zeichnen sich durch Drive und Eigenmotivation aus. Sie besitzen ein Flair für das Wachstum einer Erfolgsstory im Bereich der Relocation. Ausserdem verfügen Sie über hohe Organisationsfähigkeiten und ein exzellentes Zeitmanagement. Zudem besitzen Sie ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
