**Role Insight**

This exciting venture will be the launch of Watchfinder in Zurich, increasing our presence in Switzerland even further and establishing Watchfinder as the region’s leading pre-owned watch specialist.

The role is about selling pre-owned watches for a self-starting retail professional. Demonstrating strong sales skills, you will work alongside your colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience, achieving your set goals and targets.

With a proactive and driven approach, you will establish your client base which you will enhance through expert negotiation and confident communication skills.

As part of the Sales team, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of sales with confidence. This is a fast-paced, growing organisation therefore strong attention to detail is essential and you must have a ‘can-do’ approach with the ability to work using your own initiative.

We are looking for highly passionate and digitally focused individuals that possess a proven track record within a similar industry.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Greeting clients, guiding them through the Watchfinder process and acting as a true ambassador of our core values.
- Selling and negotiating prices of watches including part-exchange to secure a deal with the best possible margin.
- Ensuring that there is compliance with sales, financial and security procedures as outlined by HQ.
- Managing the customer sales process from beginning to end; contact, appointment, conversion and after-sales.
- Understanding the stock control internal procedures, undertaking daily and monthly stock takes
- Handling “live” orders post-payment and dealing with after-sales queries from your customers.
- The additional aspect of networking and building own CRM, looking for new business from own resources, building rapport with new clients / networking / maintain and providing excellent client service.

**About you**
- Experience in working with customers on a one-to-one basis, sales and negotiation in luxury retail, boutique, Automotive, Real Estate or digital business.
- The ability to negotiate (ideally with a part-exchange involved)
- Client centric mindset with a passion for providing an outstanding service.
- Ability to take in technical information and to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience of handling and moving stock including, booking stock in and stock display/merchandising.
- Results-driven and motivated, previous experience of working to KPI's and targets.
- Personable and confident communicator in spoken and written correspondence.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a real ‘get up and go’ attitude.
- Fluent German speaker with the ability to also speak English
- Additional languages are advantageous
