Customer Care Representative

As a **Customer Care Representative** in our Fragrance Division, you will be fundamental in managing the sales order process from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelines. You will be the central link between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers' needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will directly report to the** Customer Care & Sampling Team Lead** at our location in **Volketswil.**

**In this exciting role you will**:

- **Service our customers**:you will manage sales order process from receipt of order through to invoicing for assigned customers in line with Customer Care guidelines; provide support for assigned customers to meet order requirements; daily communicate with customers, operations and sales; interpret and analyse client schedules and prioritise orders; resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
- **Support and coordinate**: you will confirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date information; prepare Invoices, Debit and Credit notes, process notifications and Customer Returns; coordinate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions
- **Ensure data accuracy and drive continuous improvement**: you will update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements; identify opportunities for improvements in customer care

**You bring**:

- A degree in Business Administration or similar
- +2 experience in Customer Care and related industries is of advantage
- Good English and German skills (oral and written)
- Passion in Customer Relationship Management
- Good SAP, MS Office and Order Entry Systems knowledge
- Basic Inventory Management knowledge
- Understanding of incoterms and shipping terminology
