The opportunity
To manage all FM services in scope in a such a way that the local client is facilitated in the most optimal way.
To support the facility manager, develop and grow the account to best support the client's strategic ambitions.
To fully establish and continually review client needs and expectations and to ensure systems, procedures and resources are in place to ensure those needs are delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a safety-first approach to all operations.
- Monitoring vendor performance against established KPI’s, SLA’s and task resolution priorities.
- Liaising with facilities helpdesk to ensure vendors are working to complete and close tasks in timely fashion.
- Developing good working relationships with key vendors, and ensure service is aligned with client expectations.
- Liaising with landlords/managing agents as required.
- Ensuring effective resource planning to ensure continuity of service taking appropriate and approved actions to rectify any difficulties.
- Monitoring performance data and provide insight to wider team on recommendations or improvements.
- Participating in regular vendor service reviews to ensure actions are documented and followed up.
- Adopting a flexible approach to undertaking additional administration tasks which to support the FM team.
- Auditing to develop, implement and promote integrated management systems and processes.
- Overseeing site operation manual and ensure all procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Keeping up to date with industry information and ensure a good understanding of products and services in the marketplace that may offer a service improvement for the client.
- Dealing with any shortfalls in service delivery in a timely and effective manner through effective contract management.
- Ensuring that any procurement activity is within strict compliance to Mace procedures.
- Creating and maintaining a peer network to ensure excellent communication and sharing of best practice and innovation across clients.
- Having a good understanding of the contractual requirements and ensuring change control process is followed if client engages Mace in any out-of-scope work.
About you
You will have GCSE level qualification or equivalent. You have knowledge of IT tools, including MS Windows, excel, outlook, and system databases. You have experience as facility coordinator.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
