**ABB Way Finance Transformation Program - Communications Lead**:**

The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for ABB. Program communications is an important part of ensuring the success of the program and consists of two elements: global communications to the entire organization covering program status/progress, outlook, stakeholder voices, etc.; and local communications to the impacted organization during deployment. In this role you will support the development, planning, dissemination, and management of both global and local communications. This includes identification of different audiences, definition of information needs, evaluation and independent recommendation of best approaches to ensure that the right messages are getting to the right people, at the right frequency and timing. You will work collaboratively with the program lead and will report to the Change Management & Communication Workstream Lead.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Communication programs - Develop and implement a global communications plan for the program including managing and structuring intranet pages and the content thereof, as well as creating content to support the program in enhancing awareness and desire for the transformation. Support the development of local communication plans and follow up on progress accordingly.
- Executional excellence - Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and program strategy.
- Network - Actively recommend and contribute to cross-workstream communications projects. Advise on communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among teams. Pro-actively work with colleagues responsible for communications in the global and local business to drive a successful overall communications delivery for the program.
- Supplier relations - Implement agreed communications plans and manage production and supplier relations.
- Communication materials management - Support key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.
- Event organization - collaborate with colleagues within the program to plan, design and manage key communication and change events as part of the transformation program.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
- 8-10 years of experience in a large, global multinational organization in a program or corporate communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a must (near native level)
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite
- Genuine interest in organizational change management
- Project management/coordination skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to lead and drive results independently
- Ability to comfortably work across teams of different cultures and time zones
- Additional languages other than English a plus
