Location: Europe. In this role you will be responsible to partner with the ELSB/ELSP Marketing & Sales global functions - Channel & Segment Management, Distribution Channel, Pricing, Marketing - as HR Business Partner and work closely with the Global HR Leader of ELSB/ELSP Marketing and Sales to design and implement best in class global capability development programs and solutions for the Marketing and Sales Function. Reporting to the ELSB/ELSP Marketing and Sales Global HR Leader, this position will engage with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, EL Academy, EL T&L team, and the Corporate Development team to ensure alignment with ABB Group strategies, guardrails, and best practices. The role will report to Global HR Leader - Marketing & Sales ELSB/ELSP.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Partner with the ELSB/ELSP Marketing and Sales global functions leadership team to develop the overall Business and People Strategy. Determine and deliver the best HR approach achieve business objectives. Execute the HR priorities while adding value to the business. Engage into strategy development initiatives for the global ELSB/ELSP M&S Organization.
- People and Organization Development: Partner with the leadership to develop an organization design and development gameplan and drive initiatives to establish an adaptive learning organization culture. Coach, motivate, and develop talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team. Support the development of the ELSB/ELSP Global M&S Capability Framework, capability planning and development initiatives.
- Change Management: Act as a change coach to the organization. Plan and facilitate successful change management initiatives across the organization. Drive behavioral change and continuous improvement.
- Functional Excellence: Act as partner and coach in the execution of employee lifecycle processes including compensation and benefits, people performance, people analytics, learning and development, employee engagement, global mobility.
- Collaboration: Works in close collaboration with the country HR Business Partners to ensure clarity of and engagement to global initiatives and ensure labor compliance in implementing them. Work across HR expert teams to deliver world class HR programs.
- Standards and Compliance: Ensure all employees understand ABB Safety and Integrity standards and act accordingly. Ensure compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility. Act as personal role model of the expected behavior.

**Your background**:

- Extensive experience in HR, either as HRBP or with focus in talent management, learning and organizational development or consulting and advising business leaders in people related topics.
- Experience with implementation of talent and learning initiatives in a global environment and working across multiple geographies and within virtual teams. Experience with assessment would be an asset.
- Have a digital mindset with proficient using Microsoft 365.
- Ability to design and delivering soft skills trainings, workshops, and programs facilitation. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach.
- Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
- Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues.
- Fluency in English
