**ABOUT THE dYdX FOUNDATION**
- The dYdX Foundation is an independent foundation, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, created to participate in propelling dYdX, the most powerful decentralized derivatives protocol, into the future. The dYdX Foundation's purpose is to support and grow every aspect, technical or otherwise, of the current implementation and all future implementations of the dYdX Protocol.
- The dYdX Foundation launched DYDX, a governance token that enables a robust ecosystem around dYdX governance and utility - each designed to drive future growth and decentralization of the dYdX protocol. The dYdX exchange was founded by Antonio Juliano, an ex-Coinbase, ex-Uber engineer, with a Princeton CS background. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Focus on supporting strategic initiatives across the dYdX Foundation by developing, improving, and automating operational procedures
- Optimize processes for the Finance and International GTM teams by using a data driven approach to make informed decisions
- Help design and implement scalable processes to support our expansion
- Break down complex strategic problems and present solutions to the team
- Assist with ad hoc Finance, Business operations and International GTM requests
- Support accounting, payroll, expenses, and payment/billing infrastructure as well as corresponding vendor/partner relationships across fiat and crypto
- Analyze information, KPIs, trends, operational metrics and make actionable recommendations
- Effectively disseminate critical information through the organization when required
- Identify potential areas of inefficiency, redundancy, or scaling challenges between business functions and devise and execute process improvements to address them

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in consulting, corporate finance, banking, high growth start-ups or operations at a crypto startup
- Knowledgeable of process workflows, process design and implementation, management, lean principles, or six sigma
- Highly skilled in excel, and automating processes
- MBA type qualification or advanced degree is preferred
- Project management, time management, and the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with a global team
- Proficient in English
- Entrepreneur at heart
- Knowledge of dYdX products, DAOs, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Crypto native or passionate about web3
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
- Bonus points if you have experience with Dune Analytics, Etherscan, Google Analytics, and Metabase
