Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Azure Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Azure infrastructure, ensuring its security, reliability, and optimal performance. This role will involve collaborating with various global teams to design, implement, and support Azure-based solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Create and manage Azure subscriptions, resources, and services, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards. Deploy, configure, and monitor Azure virtual machines, networks, storage, and other infrastructure components. Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, roles, and policies. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, optimizing resource utilization and scalability. Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for Azure services. Evaluate and recommend Azure services, tools, and technologies to meet business requirements. Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and deploy Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements. Implement security controls and policies to protect Azure resources and data. Automate routine tasks and workflows using Azure automation tools and scripting languages. Stay up-to-date with Azure technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualification

3+ years of enterprise-level Azure administration experience. Relevant Qualifications: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Windows Server hybrid Administrator (AZ-800, AZ-801), AZ-305: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate. Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, databases, and security. Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure Monitor. Proven experience with Terraform to automate various infrastructure tasks. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and deployment models. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability of documenting IT processes and providing knowledge transfer to team members. Open minded person, good listener, and very good readiness of mind to understand and handle user problems with a strong customer service orientation. A high level of autonomy in combination with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively. Interested in working in an international environment.
