Our Regional EMEA Orthodontic team is a dedicated to fully enable our commercial organization to become the leading partner of choice for our customers. The team supports our country organizations in their go-to-market approach (GtM), customer segmentation and customer development as well as sales excellence including internal training and CRM. Together with our colleagues on global and country level, we are committed to developing and implementing GtM solutions, product launches and Training & Education solutions that grow our current customer bases and enable us to win competitive users. We are also dedicated on business development projects like acquisition or expansion projects. We are building and serving our customers through winning business concepts and a sales approach focused on customer needs. By addressing the entire value creation model of our customers, we help them to grow their patient base and increase profitability by incorporating new treatment concepts, reducing the number of visits for patients, and driving innovation.

**Position summary**
To drive our strong growth, we are expanding our EMEA Orthodontic team by adding this new position reporting into the Growth Manager Orthodontics. The position holder focuses on developing Straumann Group’s ClearCorrect business in the Region. In particular manage product and solution launches, communication and support with the Orthodontic business unit (OBU) and manage key projects to support the business development. This position coordinates and networks closely with all relevant internal stakeholders: on global level with the business unit orthodontics (OBU), with the commercial entities and our corporate functions.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Support product and solution launches
- Develop market launch plans in collaboration with regional and in-country teams.
- Drive market testing and full market launch
- Engage with in-country Ortho teams, Marketing, Training and Education teams to drive execution
- Develop and distribute marketing contents. Coordinate prioritization with OBU for global content, work with in-country marketing to localize
- Develop best practice sharing amoung countries to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the OBU to support innovation pipeline
- Coordinate voice of customer (VOC), beta testing, clinical testing or LMR (Limited market release).
- Coordinate communication back to OBU to make EMEA voice clear
- Manage key business development projects
- Geographic expansion projects to expand ClearCorrect in new markets
- Acquisition projects to expand portfolio, service offering or geographic reach
- Continue to support business with continuous improvement mindset
- Budget and Forecast: support regional OPEX budget and forecast
- Market intelligence. Develop and maintain market share data in collaboration with countries and corporate departments
- Support pricing process
- Stay close to market through co-travel, local team meetings, trade shows and events attendance
- Maintain and develop social media activities among the EMEA region
- Continuously challenge status quo

**Profile**

Education & Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 1-3 year experience in the medical device industry. Custom device and digital solutions experience are a plus. Clear Aligner experience is a strong plus
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams
- Track record in achieving challenging results
- Comfortable with up to 30% travelling
- Full proficiency in English, any proficiency in any additional language would be a plus (French, Spanish, German, Italian)
