Aufgaben

**Deine Mission ist**:
Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns Next Level Cloud Services und New-Work-Erlebnisse, damit sich unsere Kunden auf das unternehmensspezifische Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können.
- Du bist für unsere Cloud-Kunden als erste Anlaufstelle für Support-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem (1st/2nd Level)
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen und gibst dein Wissen intern wie auch extern weiter.
- Übernehme Verantwortung und sorge für reibungslose Bearbeitung von Incidents und Changes Management
- Du begleitest «Google Workspace»-Projekte mit unserem Team und managst die Migration

Qualifikation

**Du punktest mit**:

- Grundausbildung mind. Informatik EFZ oder Informatik HF/FH
- Kritik und Lernfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Problemlösekompetenz
- Freude am Teamplay und am gemeinsamen Erfolg
- Erste Erfahrungen mit (public) Cloud-Anbietern
