**HR Process Excellence Lead **_CSEE _**(Central and South Eastern Europe) (all genders)****:
This role will be on a **fixed-term contract** until March 2023 and can be based in one of our sites across Europe.

As HR Process Excellence Lead you are responsible to initiate, manage, implement, and communicate on HR Process Excellence initiatives. Key responsibilities will be to review, analyse efficiency, make proposals, and implement improvements around HR processes in CSEE in relationship with all relevant stakeholders.

**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**:

- In collaboration with the CSEE HR partners identify HR process improvements associated with HR Transformation and the new HR operating model and beyond to where we can bring innovation and efficiency
- Develop an HR process improvement plan that is focused on quick wins, clear solutions and with flexibility to ensure no loss of positive impact on the employee experience
- Drives the development of timeline, interdependencies, resourcing plan, responsibilities, deliverables, change management, communications & roll-out plans.
- Manages and measures successful execution, control and closeout of plan
- Facilitates the identification of process issues for discussion and alignment with embedded HR, PS, PAG in CSEE as well as with the EUCAN and global stakeholders
- Takes ownership in supporting teams in the preparation and implementation of new processes
- Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication of process improvement information to all stakeholders involved
- Effectively communicate issues in order to facilitate development of options and team recommendations
- Support ad hoc projects within countries to further develop opportunities for efficiency and collaboration within the defined HR Operating model (eg. Harmonisation of process between sites in 1 country)

**Experience and Education**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong understanding of HR processes and function and experience in the HR function, preferably in a role related to HR process management
- Project management experience and demonstrated success in leading process improvement projects with proven results
- Design thinking and Agile certification preferred
- Demonstrated process improvement expertise and experience
- Demonstrated program management expertise and experience
