For one of our clients, an international NGO based here in Geneva, we are looking for a:
**Front Office Cash Manager**

Temporary mission - 100%

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
**Purpose of the post**:
The Front Office Cash Manager is responsible for all aspects of financial risk management more specifically liquidity and FX, including accurate reporting of treasury financial transactions. S/he also analyses, deals and executes transactions to manage foreign exchange risk, in compliance with policy and regulations.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manages daily short-term cash operations, working capital and funding (handle excess/shortage of cash, money market investments and borrowing needs, etc.)
- Optimise liquidity management and the return of assets, develop cash management strategies, policies and procedures.
- Enable global cash visibility with cash management banks, global bank account infrastructure, automate bank statement reporting and develop global cash management structure.
- Lead and manage cash flows forecasting, plan liquidity needs by ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Monitors credit facilities (headroom), borrowing needs and monitors sensitivity to interest rate movements in relation to credit facilities.
- Manages foreign exchange risks in identifying, analysing and measuring foreign exchange exposure and hedges outstanding exposures within the guidelines established by the foreign exchange risk management policy. Monitors effectiveness of FX strategy and make recommendations to develop FX policy.
- Executes financial transactions both in term of liquidity and FX
- Tracks, monitors and reports on liquidity management and foreign exchange risk management. Produces and delivers timely reporting to meet specific needs (for statutory auditors, executive team, etc.).
- Participates in bank relationship management and monitors and checks applied banking term interest conditions and bank charges. Regularly benchmarks terms versus market conditions. Regularly assess credit facilities' requirements and available credit facilities' portfolio.
- Support FD delegations with cash management controls and all treasury and banking related issues
- Standardise, develop and deploy common treasury management systems and solutions from a Front Office perspective.
- Lead/participate or support in a variety of cash management value-add projects.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
**Education**:

- Qualified finance professional with master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

**Background and experience required**:

- At least 8 years' experience in Treasury or a combination of Finance, Treasury, Financial Services Industry and Banking experience in an international environment,
- Solid experience in financial risk management ideally in treasury financial risk management (FX, liquidity, etc.) with extensive knowledge of financial markets, financial products and financial instruments
- Excellent knowledge of global banking, liquidity management techniques, products & services
- Ability to trade in relevant financial products including MM, FX etc
- Excellent knowledge of cash forecast methodology, practical experience of cash forecast usage
- Good knowledge of banking landscapes, banking structures and possible services provided by banks
- Ability to translate treasury workstreams into treasury activities and processes
- Experience with TMS, trading and banking platforms, affinity towards technology and analytics
- Good knowledge of regulations (FMIA, Basel III, etc.) that could impact treasury
- Graduate degree in Finance or Banking (or a relevant business discipline)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
