You are passionate about the pharma industry?

Then we are looking for you as a I&T Service Manager - Sales / Marketing (m/w/d) 100%

**Your tasks will be the following**:

- Drive business interactions to ensure a close collaboration with the business partner
- Manage service requests and projects in close collaboration with business
- Create KPI and reports to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the group
- Coordination of internal and external suppliers / vendors
- Manage the execution of the functional Business Technology Programs (BTP), including Solution Architecture, Finance and Project Roadmap
- Maintain and manage documentation
- Manage and transition towards outsourced services - contract review, regular A check, upgrades, and maintenance windows, coordinate different resources during projects and manage escalation processes
- Lead and improve of current solutions through best practices
- Manage identified I&T Security and Information Risk Management tasks and observations and solve them.
- Performing coordination tasks between 1st / 2nd and 3rd level support as part of the operating model
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT within the Life Science industry in similar positions
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a complex matrix IT Function
- Capability to understand business needs, requirements, and relationships
- Experience in working with near & offshore services
- Experience in functional stakeholder management
- Business Process knowledge in the areas of IQVIA OCE CRM, IQVIA OCE Marketing Automation, SFE, Omni Channel Management, BI
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- ITIL Foundation v3/4 certified.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience in supporting Veeva Platform (CRM & Vault) in global organizations
- Additional training in Commercial/Digital IT
- Additional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Additional knowledge in the areas of marketing automation, mobile technology, Digital communications / channels, near
- / offshoring
- Management and digital product management in life sciences context.
