Obtient l'implication des clients, renforce les relations, stimule la croissance des ventes aux entreprises, développe sa connaissance de la proposition de valeur d'Apple et la fidélité à la marque, en privilégiant les clients professionnels à fort potentiel. Planifie et prévoit les performances commerciales grâce à la gestion des comptes, au développement de pipelines et à la gestion des opportunités à l'aide de l'outil CRM entre autres. Échange avec les clients professionnels avec passion et assurance en leur montrant notre technologie, et en leur faisant découvrir à quel point les solutions et services proposés par Apple et par des tiers peuvent transformer leur façon de travailler. Élabore des plans de compte qui engagent efficacement le client à adopter différentes solutions de l'écosystème Apple, puis à étendre leur utilisation à d'autres niveaux au sein de son organisation. Mène les briefings, y participe et profite des ateliers pour favoriser l'implication des clients. Utilise efficacement l'outil CRM pour enregistrer les informations de compte des clients et les tenir à jour, gère la relation, les opportunités et les tâches, et tire des enseignements au sujet des clients à partir des Best Practices. Guide ses collègues et agit en tant qu'expert pour ce qui concerne les besoins des clients professionnels et les solutions conçues pour eux. Recherche, analyse, interprète et communique le feedback du NPS Business afin d'améliorer constamment l'expérience client. Travaille avec le Business Development Manager et l'équipe de gestion des comptes pour mettre ceux-ci en phase avec la stratégie d'implication des comptes, et veiller à la fluidité de l'expérience client. Préserve la maîtrise des processus utilisés dans l'ensemble des programmes et offres de services Retail Business afin de garantir la conformité aux politiques et procédures.
Description du profil
Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience montrant une réelle capacité à réussir et à atteindre des performances élevées en matière de vente de technologie et/ou de solutions professionnelles ou équivalent.
Grande expertise Apple démontrée dans les domaines de l'adoption de solutions mobiles et de la transformation de l'activité, mais aussi connaissances générales sur les principaux secteurs d'activité des PME, les tendances du marché des technologies, les défis et les domaines industriels.
Excellentes aptitudes dans le domaine de l'écoute, de la négociation, de la communication interpersonnelle et de l'expérience client.
- Vous êtes doté de compétences exceptionnelles en communication, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en personne et au téléphone.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler efficacement avec des chefs d'entreprise et des cadres, à tous les échelons d'une organisation.
- Vous êtes doté d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des processus, et capable de définir des priorités et de répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Vous savez vous adapter et vous épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
