**What's the role?**:
We are shaping the digital future at Hilti and we are looking for a Head of Marketing Communication to play an active role in this journey.
As Head of Marketing Communication, you will drive and influence the change by crafting and implementing a marketing communication vision for our customer communication at Hilti with your team.

**What does the role involve?**:
As Head of Marketing Communication you will be responsible for the results generated from all our customer communication activities in close collaboration with the automated digital marketing team and lead a team of Marketing Communication Managers.
Thanks to your strategic vision, you continue to shape our marketing communication strategy, optimize the way we are approaching our customers within our unique business model.
In this role you will have the full responsibility for crafting, implementing and measuring the results of our global Marketing Communication roadmap and you will contribute to the growth of the business by owning an omnichannel and end-to-end approach (messaging concepts, customer journeys, campaign plans, channels orchestration, budget definition, etc.).
As part of your daily activities, you will orchestrate our owned, earned and paid channels together with the channels owners and manage our external agencies and partners.
Thanks to your communication and leadership skills, you will manage our internal stakeholders (Market Organizations, Hubs, Business Units, etc.) as well as driving the IT tech roadmap to enable automation together with the automated digital marketing team.

**What you need is**:

- At least 7 years of experience as Head of Marketing Communication or similar position
- Deep knowledge of modern marketing techniques including marketing automation, content and performance marketing
- Experience in leading and working with agile teams
- Excellent leadership skills
