Our client is a global professional investment firm based in Zurich, founded over two decades ago. We are looking for an up-and-coming, team-oriented person to join our client’s international team in Zurich. **Assistant CEO-Office | Jobsharing 60%**
Your trustworthy «can-do, will-do, on-it» character will shine through as you become a central figure on the team. Key tasks in the position include, but are not limited to:

- Drafting correspondence, proofreading legal documents, preparing and circulating documents for the Board, and scheduling and coordinating the Board
- and committee meetings.
- Maintaining an accurate document filing and archiving system in a manner that allows documents to be accessed and retrieved in a timely and efficient manner, while at all times ensuring the absolute confidentiality of data.
- Planning and organizing team events and off-sites.
- General office management - welcoming guests, paperwork administration, overseeing tidiness in the office, putting your special touch on liaising with external contacts, and assisting with special tasks will also be part of your daily routine.

You will need to manage the workload associated with an international office and handle competing priorities as a self-starter. To succeed, you must be passionate about providing exceptional admin support to the executives and the team. Whether the task is big or small, you are driven by a desire to help the team achieve the goals set.
**Key requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with solid knowledge of standard office procedures; ideally acquired in international consultancy, financial services/investment company, or law firm.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in German; any other language is a plus.
- Sound expertise with MS Office Suite and modern office collaboration tools.
- You show excellent communication skills, reflecting the company’s values and style, combined with sound interpersonal skills.
- You possess a confident, proactive, efficient nature and exceptional client-service focus.
- You remain calm under pressure and can handle competing priorities effectively.
- You have a refined sense of quality and always do just that «little bit extra.»
- You are loyal with a diplomatic nature and respect confidentiality.
