As a **Brand Manager Frozen Pizza**, you will be contributing to the growth of the BUITONI brand by developing strong plans to accelerate brand performance in Switzerland which will include.
**A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Frozen Pizza**
- Creating and implementing growth strategies for the brands.
- Create effective brand strategies in collaboration with category to delight shoppers.
- Flawless execution of plans to deliver growth through innovation.
- Support overall business needs for consumer, category and shopper insights, to convert into meaningful local strategies.
- Management of innovation & renovation projects.
- Planning, implementing and delivering compelling brand and shopper integrated campaigns.
- Cross functional team engagement to ensure flawless execution of plans in market.
- Review and optimise brand, portfolio & campaign performance based on data & insights.
**What will make you successful**
As well as having an impressive blend of passion to exceed ambitious goals & strong sense of collaboration you will also bring:
- Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields
- 3 to 5 years experience in marketing and ideally in FMCG companies. Experience of other function is an asset
- Previous experience in a matrixed organisation with a diverse local cross-functional team and Global stakeholders preferred
- Involvement in annual brand planning and strategy development
- You thrive in a demanding, fast paced team environment
- Significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent in English and German, French and Swiss German is a plus
