Derrière cette annonce, il y a une entreprise qui est à la recherche de vos connaissances et de vos capacités. À la fin du processus de recrutement, elle vous proposera un contrat CDI avec un objectif à long terme (nous ne faisons pas de consulting).

À ce stade, nous pouvons vous dire que l'entreprise, basée en Suisse Romande, développe des composants techniques. Afin de développer leurs activités en Suisse Alémanique, ils recherchent un technico-commercial avec la capacité de fidéliser une clientèle existante sur une gamme de produits techniques. (poste en home-office)

L'opportunité:
En capitalisant sur l’expérience et la qualité de produits de cette entreprise suisse, vous allez développer un portefeuille client important et identifier et approcher des prospects (industrie technique), afin de détecter des opportunités de collaboration.

Le processus de vente demande une bonne compréhension de l'industrie, car chaque solution technique est adaptée et développée en fonction des besoins spécifiques du client.

Ce poste s’adresse à une personne expérimentée dans l'industrie technique qui souhaiterait démarrer une carrière commerciale.

Vos responsabilités:
Gestion d’un portefeuille client existant en Suisse Romande et Berne.

Identification des besoins clients et présentation des solutions existantes.

Préparation des cahiers des charges et des spécifications techniques.

Calculer, définir et préparer les offres clients.

Entretenir un réseau afin d'identifier de futurs projets clients

Apporter des solutions aux besoins clients

Profil recherché:
Formation technique dans le secteur mécanique fine

Une expérience en vente technique dans le passé, exigée.

Langue : excellent niveau d'allemand et bon niveau de français souhaité

Soft skills recherchées:
Enthousiaste et proactif

Professionnelle et autonome

Orienté service à la clientèle, bonnes qualités relationnelles/sociales

Organisé, précis et attentif aux détails, sens des responsabilités
