**RETAIL MAKE-UP ARTIST (m/w/d)**

**TO DOS**:

- Du bietest zu jeder Zeit allen deinen Kunden ein inspirierendes und persönliches Einkaufserlebnis
- Du inspirierst deine Kunden täglich durch neue kreative Make-up Trends und beteiligst dich aktiv an den Theme Days
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erreichung & Umsetzung deiner Ziele
- Du unterstützt deinen Retail Manager im Bereich Warenmanagement
- Du übernimmst in Absprache mit deinem Retail Manager die Rolle des Product Spezialisten, erstellst Action Pläne und Looks, um den Abverkauf zu fördern
- Du beteiligst dich proaktiv an der Sauberkeit des Counters

**Qualifications** YOU**:

- Du hast vorteilsweise eine abgeschlossene Visagisten
- bzw. Kosmetikausbildung oder ähnliche Kenntnisse
- Und bereits erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel sammeln dürfen
- Außerdem begeisterst du dich für die Philosophie unserer Marke
- Und liebst es mit Eigeninitiative im Team zu arbeiten und bringst on top ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit, was dir hilft strukturiert und zielorientiert zu arbeiten
- Darüber hinaus runden gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Englischkenntnisse dein Profil ab
