We are looking for two Sales Area Managers to act as the first point of contact with KW Auto official dealership, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.

If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way.

Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

**Position**

located in Germany

**Responsibilities**
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a yearly sales plan both on sell in (sales to dealer) and sell out (sales on final customer/ retails)
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Coordinate with Sales Executive to create customized sales plans for key clients
- Report on the status of accounts and support Account Manager on back office activity
- Expansion of the dealer network through newly acquired dealers

**KPI’s**
- Dealer sell-in achievement vs. target
- Dealer retails achievement vs. target
- Dealer CSI (customer satisfaction index) achievement vs. target

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven work experience as an automotive Account Manager or relevant sales role. American cars market knowledge is considered a plus
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- German & English fluent speaking and writing
- B-driving License
- High willingness to travel
