Ihre Rolle
- Supports chemical process development/optimization in respect of crystallization and isolation of pharmaceutical substances
- Resolves issues in crystallization and isolation processes that may arise during manufacturing (troubleshooting and production support)
- Plans and supervises experimental lab work
- Provides technical expertise and consulting to technical and business decisions
- The area of expertise should include polymorphism, solid state characterization and chiral resolution
- Evaluates trends and new technologies in the field of expertise
- Collaborates with external customers

Ihr Profil
- PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in crystallization process development with an emphasis on polymorph, purity and particle size control
- Experience in analyses of solid forms using XRPD, Raman, IR, FBRM etc.
- Experience in the field of chemical process development and transfer of the processes to production facilities
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs as well as familiarity with software programs for DoE (Stavex, Modde) and reaction modeling (Dynochem, Visimix)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage
- Strong team player with a structured way of working

Was wir in Zofingen machen

An unserem Hauptsitz in Zofingen entwickeln und produzieren wir Wirkstoffe (API) und entsprechende Zwischenstufen. Dazu gehört auch die Herstellung hochwirksamer Wirkstoffe. Weiter bieten wir chemische Prozessentwicklung sowie pharmazeutische Dienstleistungen an.
