**Project Chemist in R&D (M/F/d), 100%**

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively collaborate as a team member with chemists, engineers, and technicians
- Focus on planning, developing, and optimizing cost-effective, eco-friendly, safe, and scalable chemical processes for pharmaceutical substance production
- Facilitate the transfer of chemical processes to GMP manufacturing facilities, offer production support and troubleshoot complex problems
- Engage with a diverse project team comprising of project managers, analytical chemists, QA managers, production chemists, and safety/health/environment and purchasing staff
- Ensure consistent adherence to deadlines and budgets as per project requirements
- Cooperate closely with external customers

**Requirements**:

- You hold a PhD in synthetic chemistry, with a preference for Organic Chemistry
- Optimally you have experience in chemical process development and transferring chemical processes to pilot or production scale
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with DoE software (Stavex, Modde) and reaction modeling tools (Dynochem, Visimix) is favorable
- You exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are both fluent in German and English
- You are known as a strong team player with a structured approach to work
