Your Role
- You will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating experiments to find and optimize chemical processes within the framework of the syntheses specified by the project manager
- Carrying out the accompanying analysis with the common analysis methods (GC, HPLC, UPLC, KF etc.)
- Assistance with the upgrading and operational implementation of the procedures
- Documenting the chemical experiments as well as supporting the organizational laboratory processes
- Active collaboration with other teams and departments
- Compliance with applicable cGMP rules and standard regulations
- Ordering / organizing chemicals for carrying out analyses and syntheses
- Compliance with the principles of safety and environmental protection (Responsible Care)
- Review and optimize organizational processes in the task area
- Carrying out additional tasks in the field of process technologies according to instructions and prior training
- Supervising the apprentices employed in the department and training new laboratory assistants

Your profile:

- Specialized knowledge_
- Practical experience in organic synthesis chemistry and chemical process development (>3 years)
- Experience and knowledge in the field of chemical analysis (HPLC, UPLC, GC, KF)
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician EFZ, Bachelor in Life Science or comparable training.
