Der Bereich Corporate Development & Open Innovation ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie, für das Management und die Steuerung der Strategieumsetzung sowie für die Entwicklung von neuen Service Angeboten im Bereich «Beyond Insurance».

Dein Beitrag
- Du übernimmst zentrale Aufgaben im Geschäftsleitungs-Sekretariat, d.h. die Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsleitungssitzungen, einschliesslich Einladungen, Tagesordnungen - insbesondere die Protokollierung der Geschäftsleitungssitzungen und Offsites spielt eine wichtige Rolle
- Du koordinierst die Erstellung zentraler Reports zu Händen der Geschäftsleitung, des Verwaltungsrats und Aufsichtsbehörden
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie AXA Schweiz sowie in Projekten aus dem Bereich Corporate Strategy
- Mitarbeit bei der Strategieumsetzung, insbesondere bei der Messung des Strategiefortschritts und der strategischen Beurteilung unserer Initiativen

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Du bist eine integre, neugierige und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die gerne eigeninitiativ und eigenverantwortlich handelt
- Du hast ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Aufmerksamkeit für Details und bist diskret bei der Verwaltung vertraulicher Informationen
- Du arbeitest gern konzeptionell und besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, um dich auch in komplexe Aufgabenstellungen schnell hineindenken zu können
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (Master) vorzugsweise in Wirtschafts
- oder Naturwissenschaften und idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategie oder Consulting
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Stakeholdern aller Hierarchiestufen sowie ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
