Key Responsibilities :

  • Culture Building: You’ll foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Burckhardt Compression’s values of partnership, passion, performance, and responsibility. This includes developing long-term roadmaps and implementing clear initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
  • People Development: You’ll lead the evolution of our people development processes and programs including our performance management processes, ensuring they align with Burckhardt Compression’s strategic goals.
  • Talent Development: You’ll establish processes and programs that enhance the visibility, growth, and performance of our talent. This includes orchestrating an annual rhythm that empowers our leaders to nurture our talent and make a significant impact in the organization.
  • Leadership Development: You’ll construct a robust framework for our leadership development and devise programs that enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: You’ll steer the global Employee Engagement program and devise strategies to boost employee engagement, making Burckhardt Compression an even more rewarding place to work.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business management (or similar field of study) required. Master’s and/or human resources certificate/qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent development and culture building in a global industrial context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven Program and Project Management Skills with ability to influence and drive results within a global matrix.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices.
  • Process mindset and experience with HR tools.
  • Strong business acumen and passion to bring strategy to live with measurable impact of the programs delivered.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
