Zur Ergänzung des Teams sucht unser Kunde eine kompetente Verstärkung, welche die strategisch wichtigen Bereiche Recruiting, Nachwuchskräfte-Entwicklung und Employer Branding aktiv vorantreibt und erfolgreich umsetzt.

Aufgaben
- Umsetzung der Recruiting Strategie, um nachhaltig Fachspezialisten für die Bereiche zu gewinnen
- Aktive Mitarbeit am Employer Branding Projekt, um unseren Kunden bei der relevanten Zielgruppe bekanntzumachen
- Betreuung der Nachwuchskräfte bestehend aus Lernenden, Hochschulabsolventen und Praktikanten, um diese optimal auf einen Einstieg innerhalb der Firma vorzubereiten
- Umsetzung von Hochschulmarketingmassnahmen u.a. Karrieremessen,
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner nach aussen zu externen Stellen und Verbänden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern und Führungskräften, um junge Talente in die Nachfolgeplanung aktiv einzubinden

Qualifikation
- Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rekrutierung, Nachwuchsentwicklung
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse aus Industrie bzw. Maschinenbau
- Idealerweise Social-Media Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding
- Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit Koordinations
- und Organisationstalent
- Empathische, professionelle und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität mit einer hohen Kontakt
- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
