**Job Purpose**

**Main Tasks**

KOL Development (60%)
- Develop and nurture global network of market influencers
- Establish and manage international KOLs (selection, grooming, profiles, activity plan, performance/quality, cost, contracting, training, field engagement and dental conferences/events and relationships)
- Develop short term and long term strategies for KOL development, e.g. Rising Stars or new KOLs coming from ITI, from Women Implantology Network, from Young Professional Program, from Key Online Opinion Leaders, from Centers of Dental Education, from Universities and other channels.
- Develop future KOLs by creating and implementing a global speaker development program.
- Maintain a diverse base of KOLs representative of the different customer segments, specifically targeting digital KOLs, underrepresented specialties and countries as well as women.
- Develop and nurture global network of partnerships with associations and universities
- Develop a framework and all required tools for KOL management, as a speaker portal integrated in the LMS available in Straumann Group.
- Speaker material (e.g., standard presentations, videos, gallery etc)
- ITI Study Club presentations
- Online learning modules
- Case presentation templates

KOL Maintenance & Helpdesk (30%)
- Maintain speaker database
- Create overview of international podiums at different events and allocate the most suitable speaker following the strategy in place.
- Actively coordinate global speaker activities.
- Collect speaker information such as CVs, portrait pictures and other useful information.
- Manage the honorarium guidelines and speaker contracts, including travel details.
- Support regional and local teams with negotiation of individual speakers honorarium.
- Align with country organization on presentation topics.
- Update speaker profiles and help to select speakers according to their profile.
- Brief speakers before the event and debrief after the event.

Partnerships (10%)
- Strategically partner with key dental associations and universities in educational activities, where appropriate in cooperation with ITI
- This task will be mainly in the scope of the head of the area however the expertise of the professional in this role will be needed.

**Profile**:
Education/Professional Experience
Graduate degree in business, clinical and/or similar
Experience in the medical device industry in education and/or marketing and/or product management roles in an international organization is an advantage.
Experience in relationship management and engaging with senior executives and industry leaders/experts.
Fluent English speaking, any other language is an asset.
