**MAIN PURPOSE**

Provide strategic direction on the design, development, administration and continuous improvement of the total rewards program.

By leading the strategic Compensation function globally and by providing expertise, the Group Compensation Director will be visible and influential in guiding Richemont to a high level of equity and effectiveness.

He/She will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that Richemont’s compensation plans are sufficiently competitive to attract and retain talents.

As such, he/she will be in charge of Compensation policy, in the sense of defining and deploying the global reward policies and processes for the Group, ensuring fairness across “Maisons”, geographies and functions, and proposing the indicators and links between performance and remuneration

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with Richemont overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
- Ensure that Richemont has a robust, market compensation framework and methodology in all areas of activity.
- Be responsible for the development and management of regular metrics and reports.
- Coordinate the annual compensation review process globally, as may be required.
- Provide strategic advice to HR leaders.
- Support the implementation, maintenance and consistency of job evaluations and grading structures in place.
- He/she will interface internally with the HR Team Leaders, the TECH Department and top management.
- The role has strong interactions with finance on annual bonus and annual report disclosures.
- He/she will lastly interface with external suppliers and professional associations.

**PROFILE**

We are expecting a highly motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business or other related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation.
- Mixed profile in consulting and in corporate organizations.
- Strong experience in designing, implementing and providing direction in Rewards.
- High level skills in numerical and statistical analysis.
- Strong project management experience (ability to lead multiple projects).
- International exposure.
- High level of energy/enthusiasm and willingness to build collaboration across the organization.
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and agile communication at all levels of the organization.
- Rigorous, structured, project management skills.
- Transparency, international mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bearing an ability to inspire, instill trust with an emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a fact-based approach to diagnose issues, trends and develop effective activity solutions.
- Honest, responsible, with a strong ethical sense, and respect of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, while managing workflows, and establishing and executing project plans.
- Sufficient understanding of financial data.
- Meeting the needs of each client group, while at the same time establishing and maintaining a culture of cooperation and sharing.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining work and customer service, at a high level.
- Humble, has excellent listening skills and is not afraid of dealing with ambiguity.
- Empathy and deep understanding of complex business and geopolitical issues.
- Knows how to clarify situations, teacher approach.
