Als Liegenschaften & Fuhrpark Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung mehrerer Liegenschaften und Furhparks an verschiedenen Standorten. Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Immobilien stets in einwandfreiem Zustand sind und den Ansprüchen der Eigentümer entsprechen. Flexible Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein Klasse B muss gegeben sein.
- Instandhaltung und Wartung der Liegeschaften
- Organisation und Administration im Sinne von Dokumentationen und Berichten
- Koordination externer Dienstleister
- Budget
- und Finanzmanagement im Zusammenhang mit den Liegenschaften
- Fuhrparkmanagement
- Evtl zu einem späteren Mitarbeiterorganisation
- Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung von Liegenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und Instandhaltung von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Führerschein der Klasse B
