**Company Description: We are looking for a QA Associate for a reputable organization that serves as a strategic partner for the pharmaceutical industry and biotech start-ups in the development, manufacture, and testing of innovative medicines. The company is committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and effective treatments to patients.**
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the owner of the Supplier qualification standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Collaborate closely with procurement and relevant units to conduct joint supplier assessments.
- Conduct supplier audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing quality issues, deviations, and changes, ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance Agreements (QAAs).
- Monitor and maintain supplier qualification levels based on established assessment and qualification plans.
- Identify trends and initiate improvement actions in collaboration with suppliers and the supplier qualification process.
- Support the QA team during customer audits and inspections conducted by Health Authorities, including preparation and implementation of CAPA plans.

**Your Profile**:

- Hold a degree in biology, microbiology, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a GMP-regulated environment for drug product manufacturing or testing, with knowledge of aseptic production being advantageous.
- Additional certifications such as Supplier or Internal auditor certification would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with deviation and change processes.
- Proficient communication skills in English and a strong willingness to enhance language proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary environment.
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to contribute ideas and take on responsibility.
