**Beschreibung**:
Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. mit Sitz in Basel, per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten **Associate Pilot Plants & Systems - Warehousing and Logistics** für einen Einsatz von 12 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Hinter jedem von Roche verkauften Produkt steht die Beteiligung von Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT). Beginnend mit Phase I des Entwicklungsprozesses und der Produktreife produziert PT an Standorten auf der ganzen Welt Medikamente und beschäftigt weltweit mehr als 10 000 Mitarbeiter.

"Global Technical Development" (PTD) ist eine Organisation von über zweitausend Menschen weltweit, die für die Mission von Roche unerlässlich sind, sinnvolle Arzneimittel für Patienten zu entwickeln. Daher arbeiten wir aktiv zusammen und entwickeln kreative technische Lösungen, um die Anforderungen der frühen, späten und kommerziellen Produkte zu überbrücken. „Small Molecules Technical Development“ (PTDC) bringt ein breites Erfahrungsspektrum in Bezug auf Drug Substance (DS), Drug Productt (DP) und analytische Wissenschaften mit und arbeitet eng mit wichtigen Partnern in Forschung und frühe Entwicklung (pRED / gRED), Small Molecule Manufacturing (PTC) und andere Abteilungen in PTD zusammen. PTDC ist für die späte technische Entwicklung unserer Pipeline für Small Molecules (SM) und die Herstellung von DS und DP für klinische Studien in unserem SM-Herstellungsnetzwerk verantwortlich.

Diese Stelle ist Teil der Drug Product Small Molecules Development-Organisation (PTDC-F) und berichtet an den Chapter Lead Pilot Plants & Systems (PP&S). Als Associate Pilot Plants & Systems - Warehousing and Logistics sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Entwicklung und Herstellung innovativer Drug-Delivery Systemen für neue chemische Einheiten in allen klinischen Phasen zu unterstützen, indem Sie die SHE- und cGMP-Konformität unserer Drug Product Pilot Plant und Technikum in Hinblick auf den Bereich Warehousing und Logistik gewährleisten.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Lagerverwaltung von Hilfsstoffen, APIs, Bulkware, Quarantänematerial, Zwischenprodukten, Packmitteln und Verbrauchsmaterialien für den GMP- und non-GMP Bereich
- Vorbereitung von Versand und Ablieferung
- Sie arbeiten kollaborativ und funktionsübergreifend mit QA, Analytics, Site Logistics und anderen Abteilungen (z.B. QC, Procurement) zusammen, um die IMP- Herstellprojekte und anlagenbezogene Aktivitäten zu unterstützen
- Erarbeitung und Aufrechterhaltung von Prozessen zur Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und GMP/SHE-konformen Bereitstellung von Hilf-, Wirkstoffen und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Verantwortlich für das Erstellen, Überprüfen, Genehmigen und Verwalten von GMP-Dokumenten innerhalb des Bereichs Warehousing inkl. Implementierung von Roche Vorgaben (z.B.: SOPs)
- Verantwortlich für Änderungsmanagement im Bereich Warehousing
- Prozessoptimierung und - Vereinfachung; Leitung kleiner Projekte in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung von IT / Digital-Initiativen in der Abteilung, einschließlich Interaktionen mit anderen Funktionen

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Material
- und Lagerbewirtschaftung, Logistik oder als Pharmakant/Laborant
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Material
- und Lagerbewirtschaftung sowie Logistik idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Sie verfügen über gute SAP - Kenntnisse (P30 Forward, P55, S/4HANA, EWM) für den Bereich «Lagerverwaltung» und haben Interesse an der Verwaltung von Daten in elektronischen Systemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Programmen (z.B.: MS Office, Google Applikationen)
- Sie sind interessiert sowohl an Büroarbeit, als auch an praktische Tätigkeiten innerhalb des GMP- und non-GMP Betriebes im Rahmen der zugewiesenen Aufgaben
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Motiviert und engagiert, sowohl in Teams, als auch selbständig zu arbeiten
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sie sind offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragen herkömmliche Denkmuster
- Zuverlässig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft

- Erfahrung mit Qualitäts
- und Dokumentenmanagement Systemen (u.a. Veeva Vault Quality)
