**Head of Supply Chain Management (w/m/d) 80-100%**:
**Deine Mission**:

- Verantwortung für den effizienten Ablauf der gesamten **Wertschöpfungskette,** von der Projektübergabe bis hin zur Auslieferung
- Führen der Teams Produktionsplanung, strategische & operative Beschaffung, Logistik und Montage
- Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung der **Supply-Chain-Prozesse** im Hinblick auf die optimale Ausrichtung hinsichtlich **Kosten** sowie der **Verbesserung** und **Sicherstellung** der langfristigen **Lieferfähigkeit**:

- Verantwortung über die **Materialwirtschaft** zur Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Vor
- und Zuliefermaterialien
- Definition und Führen von **Scorecards** bzw. **Kennzahlensystemen**

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes **Hochschulstudium** im Bereich **Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen **oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des **produktionsorientierten** Supply Chain Managements eines **international** tätigen Unternehmens, Erfahrung in der **Kunststoff**- oder **Compounding**-Industrie sind wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von **Projekten** im Bereich **Prozessoptimierung** von Vorteil
- **ERP**-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Solide Kommunikation in **Deutsch** und **Englisch **(technisch), weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Ein **unternehmerischer** **Mindset** mit einem klaren Antrieb, im Team Ergebnisse erzielen zu wollen, und die Fähigkeit, andere zu **motivieren**:

- **Analytische** und **strukturierte** Arbeitsweise
- Charismatische und ehrgeizige Persönlichkeit, die mit Feingefühl über die Organisation und verschiedene kulturelle Denkweisen hinweg **Dinge bewegt**:

- Bereitschaft zu **gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten** (Lieferantenaudits, globale Beschaffung)
