Finance & Navigation within Supply are executing a long-term strategic development roadmap, Supply Finance Navigation Roadmap (SFNR), to make a paradigm shift in capability maturity and thereby further strengthen the value add of the organisation. The roadmap is delivered in a program structure and is managed in three streams; Wholesale Pricing for Growth, Business Performance Management and Order & Finance Platform. In addition the program has an integrated approach to purpose driven organisational development.

**Job description**

As a Communication Leader, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of business-driven communication connected to our roadmap. You actively contribute to leadership and program plan development and you are responsible for key communication deliverables connected to the plan. You will coach, advice and support leaders to plan and deliver the most effective and appropriate communication.

You will be a member of the SFNR program management team and you will report to the Wholesale Communication Manager and in matrix to Transformation Office Manager.

Your main responsibilities;
- Lead the planning & execution of clear and actionable overall SFNR Program and Stream communication strategies and plans
- Strategic and tactical partner to the Streams within the program to define and execute the communication needs and goals.
- Support the development of communication competence & change management within the program and the line program is part of and enable others to lead with communication.
- Be a key player in driving and exploring new inspirational ways to communicate and engage for the program.
- Analyze and follow-up communication activities, communicate learnings to secure continuous development within the program.
- Be part of Wholesale Communication team and the Supply Communication matrix that secures a holistic overview of Inter IKEA Group business communication
- Responsible for securing internal communication connected to the change.

You are down-to-earth, straightforward, and curious. You have a broad knowledge of how to translate business strategies, long term roadmaps, needs and insights into actionable plans. You have an extensive experience working strategically with communication and change management and together with the business you know how to create impactful communication that contributes to the business agenda.

You have a relevant degree and ideally at +6 years of experience of strategic communication, marketing or equivalent. If possible, you have experience from working with global supply chains and transformation programs. Of course, you identify yourself with our values, you act as an ambassador for them and enjoy an environment where the IKEA values are the living reality.
