**Job Purpose**

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Deploy technology solutions in line with our digital ambition and strategic business priorities, such as S/4 HANA migration, performance management, credit collection, payment platforms, etc.
- Develop a high-performance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Finance team providing technology expertise and driving innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the leadership to ensure effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders, define and implement effective governance and timely management reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the area of supply chain management. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.

**Requirements needed**
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field and/or related working experience

Experience & personal attributes
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with technologies and data analytics, in the Finance area.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and coach a team.
- Strong expertise in accounting, controlling and industry trends.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage and oversee multiple transformational projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build, influence and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 (i.e. FI/CO), and other Finance software solutions (e.g. HighRadius, Delego, Concur, etc.).
- Capacity to face and adapt to challenges to overcome them (resilience, conflict management etc ).
- Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE)
