Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring _Vorsprung durch Technik_ to Formula 1 with us.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

**Your mission**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy
- Use data analysis and insights to continually optimise content and set new standards
- Provide strategic leadership in the development of communication platforms to maximise reach and engagement
- Promote the development of a corporate publisher to deliver world class results
- Lead a creative content team and foster a culture of innovation
- Coordinate content strategy with the Audi Motorsport Competence Centre of Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany) and global market requirements for consistent brand communication

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 10 years experience in social media / content marketing
- Experience of managing a social media / content team with a focus on sports, automotive or technology is an advantage
- Expertise in developing and delivering successful campaigns
- Deep understanding of current and emerging trends and technologies in the communications landscape
- Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
