Ihre Aufgaben

  1. Personelle und fachliche Führung der Einheit Verification Infrastructure mit 11 Mitarbeitenden in Hinwil, inkl. Werkstatt
  2. Fachliche Führung der 5 Mitarbeitenden an unseren internationalen Standorten (Deutschland und USA)
  3. Verantwortlich für das Einhalten des freigegebenen Infrastruktur-Budgets
  4. Spezifikation, (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Fertigung und Inbetriebnahme der globalen Verifikationsinfrastruktur
  5. Verantwortlich für das Lifecycle-Management der Verifikationsinfrastruktur
  6. Sicherstellen der globalen Konsistenz der Verifikationsinfrastruktur
  7. In Koordination mit dem Werkstattleiter verantwortlich für die Werkstatt und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen

Ihr Profil

  1. Technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (ETH, Uni oder FH)
  2. Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Verifikationsinfrastruktur oder mechatronischen Systemen
  3. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  4. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen erforderlichen Ebenen auf Deutsch und Englisch
  5. Initiative, innovative Persönlichkeit mit Drive und Leidenschaft für Verifikationsinfrastruktur
  6. Hohe Sozialkompetenz und der Wille, in einem dynamischen Umfeld etwas zu bewegen
